He might be keen on moving back down south as he came through at Charlton but suspect he will want somewhere offering a no 1 spot.

Re: Nick Pope
£15M on a back up keeper seems alot for us.

Id look at Etheridge from Cardiff if they drop or Betteneli from Fulham.

Was watching Wolves last night and the LB Ruben Vinagre looked good. Very attacking, good feet and pacy. Might be worth a bid

Jota again was impressive but he might have suitors from the top 6

Also caught 2nd half of Villerael and Barca. The RW for the yellow submarine Samuel Chukwueze is a gem. 19, bags of pace, tricky coming off the right on his left foot. Signing him would be a statement of intent. Heard his name mentioned few months back but last night was first time ive seen him play he will not be at that club for very long.

Re: Nick Pope
This thread is a year old of course, but I still think Pope is a decent target even after a season of injury. Contract is up in 12 months so the price may be somewhat reduced. We have to buy at least one keeper this Summer to replace Adrian. Should definitely be looking at homegrown players in their mid 20s.

Re: Nick Pope
It depends on how much we have to spend. We are unlikely to spend £15m on a back-up keeper, when we need the money more urgently elsewhere.

Expect a freebie.

Good shout. Won't be on massive money either so even if we freebie Adrian off we're saving.

Re: Nick Pope
The absolute last position we need to spending on is a keeper, especially an expensive English one.

Re: Nick Pope
We don't need both Pope and Fabianski, neither would be happy at being benched. We could do with upgrading Adrian though and it's hard to see how we could get someone good enough to relegate Fabianski.

Who is better out of Trott and Adrian?

We'll get Joe Hart on a free.

More chance of the clowns signing Nick Pope the UFO man. Sullivan will be scouring Football Manager 2018 looking for a freebie

Knowing that dildo twat, we will sign up GREENO on a freebie as backup to Adrian.

Re: Nick Pope
Butland is who we should go for. Our board won't spend the sort of money needed though.

Much cheaper to just give Adrian a new contract and bring in a back up keeper on the cheap.

It's funny how you remember EVERY single thing I post, but don't bother mentioning all the stuff I get right. Which is nearly everything.

However, one was £30mil, I'm suggesting £15mil, and I didn't and still don't massively rate Pickford.

Was it that hard for you to work out, you weird, rapey, given up on life angry spunk rag?

The bloke that's been getting rave reviews most of the season and is in the England squad?

Yeah got spot ED, you truly have unearthed a gem there.

''£15mil bid in the summer will do it, we get a solid, young, excellent English goalkeeper for the next decade''

You was mocking Everton for making exactly the same type of purchase with Pickering in the summer, albeit for a larger fee, who now happens to be England's No 1. Now you are suggesting we should make a similar purchase with the Pope?

Don't you get tired of getting found out so many times on here?

Yeah, Hart and Adrian have been brilliant.

Would be a great signing but more likely Moyes will persuade Tim Howard to come back from America!
